Positiv: Always a pleasure to stay in any of their properties! Any issues are immediately addressed. Great parking, close to grocery stores, close to Graf and Vilseck military communities, quiet, clean.

Positiv: We like everything about Ray's places. We spent one month this past summer in Forest View, which is across the hall. I do feel cozier in Timber Suite, its just so nicely laid out. Its very quiet and clean. Parking is great. There is a small flight of stairs up to the apartment which is no problem for us. Its dog friendly. Close to shopping, café, restaurants and the Army Garrison. Ray also has a car rental business and when im on assignment I rent from him. He and his wife are friendly and available for about anything! Helpful in so many ways. Tri-lingual. English, Spanish, Deutsch. I can't say enough!

Negativ: We really feel at home here. I can't really say I disliked anything!

Positiv: My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. The space was beautifully furnished, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect with easy access to Grafenwoehr Training Area (GTA) and a short walk to Eschenbach's shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful and I loved spending my evenings there. The entertainment package was useful. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had. It was an incredible time in this property!
